The Positive Power of WERR!

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, I had asked you to share how being part of the WERR had a positive impact on your mental health and well-being and you didn’t disappoint!
I think it’s fairly safe to say that we all have some knowledge of the relationship between physical exercise and mental health but the common factor that shone through in the stories attached, was that it is being part of this community and the resulting friendships, that is making the real difference. I hope you feel as inspired as I did when you read them.
A huge thank you to everyone that shared their experience. The more often we have open and honest conversations about how were are feeling, the more we normalise that conversation and help to tackle the stigma of mental illness 💚
